Confirmation, Correction, Removal of Information - Customers may confirm or correct their registered information at any time by entering registered email address and password on our service. - Deletion users If a user wants to delete their account on our platform. On the our website, they can contact us by chat support function directly. Their request will be received & responded by our employees. We will be processing to delete their account. On the our application, user can delete by themselves. They go to the user profile management after that clicking [delete user] button. The user information is deleted. It can’t be restored after deleting. - However, it may take some time before the registered information is completely deleted from our system.
